  • Psychoanalysis

Many factors, both conscious and unconscious, drive your emotions and behaviors. Even if you consider yourself emotionally attuned, you may be unaware of the unconscious dynamics that manifest in feelings of unhappiness, low self-esteem or anxiety, often impacting your career and personal relationships.

Psychoanalysis can help you uncover these thoughts and—with the support of an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist—process them in an emotionally safe space.

  • Individual Psychotherapy

When sadness, anxiety, fear, anger or other negative feelings hinder your ability to function at your best, psychotherapy can help you regain your emotional equilibrium.

Our therapists specialize in a variety of mental health issues, including depression; grief and loss; stress, anxiety and panic attacks; PTSD; addictions, disordered eating and more.

Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, showing your readiness for positive change.

  • Trauma & PTSD Therapy

Experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event (or series of events) can make you question your safety, security and sense of control.

The symptoms of PTSD, which vary from person to person, usually start soon after the traumatic event, but may not appear until months—or even years—later. If symptoms persist for more than four weeks, cause you great distress, or interfere with your personal or professional life, it may be time to consider treatment with a trained trauma therapist.

  • Child & Adolescent Therapy

Understanding the unique needs of our younger clients, we offer psychotherapy services specifically designed for children, pre-teens and adolescents.

Based on the patient’s age and developmental stage, our therapists incorporate a blend of treatment modalities, including “play therapy” for younger children and various forms of talk therapy for older children and teens.

  • Family Therapy

While individual therapy has a narrow focus, family therapy incorporates a wider lens and views all issues—including those of the family members—as relational, that is, stemming from and impacting the wider family system.

Whether on its own or as part of a family member’s individual treatment plan, family therapy can facilitate a deeper understanding of the individual members' needs, and explore ways to improve communication and create healthier dynamics within the family.
